Four capabilities.
Four capabilities describe different areas of OPTRIC’s work. A customer may begin with one need. The services provided and who is responsible depend on current availability and agreed scope.
Review draft · Daman and Chris review pending.
Carrier Services
Internet, networking, mobile plans, and phone or contact-center services. The work can include comparing providers, arranging installation, reviewing the first bill, and managing service issues and renewals within scope.
Remember: The service or plan connects people and equipment.
Managed Mobility Services
Company phones, tablets and cellular routers across buying, setup, delivery, support and recovery.
Remember: The device and its lifecycle are different from the carrier plan it uses.
Enterprise Expense Management
Technology bill processing, inventory, contracts or sourcing, and reporting. Clear records help the responsible people understand what a bill covers and what needs attention.
Remember: The bill and inventory should describe the service or equipment they relate to.
Managed IT Services
The capability area described in the service baseline covers infrastructure, security, collaboration tools and help-desk support under an agreed responsibility model.
Review boundary: Current Managed IT availability and delivery responsibilities still need confirmation. Do not treat this description as a promise that OPTRIC currently provides these services to every customer.
Remember: Establish who supports the environment and what is included before making a commitment.

Think about the capability distinctions you’ve just learned. Which response best applies them? Choose a response on screen, then select “Check choice” to explore the explanation. You can try another answer.
Your turn
One device, different needs
Choose one, then check the explanation. You can try each option. This practice is not scored or saved.
Does a capability name tell me who to contact?
It identifies an area of work, not a confirmed internal contact or assignment. Use the owner or route agreed for your role and the customer’s scope. If ownership is unclear, ask your manager or the responsible team to confirm it.
